The primary goal of the U.S. Polo Assn. design team is to communicate design direction with their global partners.
For that to happen, we had to be very concise with how we delivered the direction we provided. After continual feedback from licensees that they didn’t understand the workbook, we overhauled the design and flow – redesigning the layout, filling gaps where we needed it (adding mood boards and fashion illustrations) and condensed offerings where it made sense (prints and trends). The result was a widely used workbook with information that was organized, understandable, and exciting to review!
